The problem was never the software.

The market has dozens of capable ATSs, and half of all large French companies already own one; yet hiring times remain stuck at around 12 weeks for an executive and search-firm invoices keep rising. The reason is simple: software does not recruit, it records. As long as nobody feeds it your criteria, makes use of your talent pool and supports your managers, it costs a licence without ever bringing your costs down. That is why we do not sell software but a result, achieved through a tool we train for each client's recruitment.
